Strong winds whip along North Carolina coast as Dorian arrives

Strong winds whipped along the beach in Buxton, North Carolina, as Hurricane Dorian arrived to the area on Sept. 6. AccuWeather's Blake Naftel, who shot this video, says the winds in this video were around 45-50 mph.
