The father of hazing victim Guillo Cesar Servando, a De La Salle-College of St. Benilde (CSB) student, said that they advised their son to not join fraternities ever since he entered college. Aurelio Servando shall be meeting with the police on Tuesday morning for reports on ongoing investigations.
