MANILA - A passenger bus crashed into an empty lot at a construction site near Eton Centris mall at the corner of EDSA and Quezon Avenue Tuesday morning. The bus driver told police he was driving the Thelman Bus with plate number UVH 875 when the vehicle's brakes failed. Three people were wounded in the incident, a radio DZMM report said.
