The Indiana Pacers delivered one of their most balanced performances to beat the Miami Heat, 107-96, in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals. The Pacers, who have struggled to escape the first two rounds of the playoffs, proved why they are top seeds as they took a 1-0 lead in the best-of-seven series. Indiana led by 10 at halftime, and their advantage swelled to as much as 19 in the second half. Paul George scored a team-high 24 points and had seven assists as Indiana had six players in double-figures on their home floor. -- Mornings @ ANC, May 19, 2014.
