Ariana Grande Sues
Forever 21 for $10 Million .
Grande has filed suit against the retail
company for trademark infringement.
The 26-year-old singer
claims her name and likeness
were stolen to promote the
products of two companies:.
Forever 21 and Riley Rose — a beauty
company started by the daughters of
the founders of Forever 21.
Grande claims that at
least 30 images and/or videos
were used to make customers
think she endorsed the products. .
According to Grande, Forever 21 approached
her in February to embark on a joint
marketing campaign, but she turned it down.
The singer also states that the company
hired a model who looks like her and used
parts of her single, "7 Rings," to sell merchandise.
Forever 21, who is also rumored to be
facing bankruptcy, has yet to comment
