The next elections will be held in 2016. But this early, the Commission on Elections is launching a campaign that will encourage voters to register. Dubbed the "Walkah-walkah" program, Comelec spokesperson James Jimenez will walk across Luzon from Ilocos Norte down to Sorsogon in Bicol to talk to voters about the importance of voting.
