PSE gains on BSP decision to keep interest rates low

Philippine shares rose after the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) held off on raising interest rates. Banks though were a different story as they slumped after the BSP raised the amount of money they need to keep in reserve. Michelle Ong reports.
