MANILA - A back-up vehicle in Vice-President Jejomar Binay's convoy met an accident at the highway before Banaue town Friday, a radio dzMM report said. Joey Salgado, a spokesman of the Vice-President, said the Vice-President and his staff were on their way to Banaue for the turnover of medical equipment and inauguration of a new building when the accident happened.
