MANILA - US Secretary of State John Kerry is now in Tacloban to personally see the devastation caused by super typhoon Yolanda. ABS-CBN’s Melanie Bingco reported Kerry checked the warehouse where the relief goods were taken. He later proceeded to the tent city where hundreds of families are still saying. Kerry is expected to leave also within the day. He is on his second day of visit in the Philippines.
