MANILA -- Twenty-two buses of the Don Mariano Transit Corp., whose one unit figured in a fatal accident on Monday, failed the road worthiness inspection conducted by the Land Transportation Office (LTO) and Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB).
