State-run shelter agency Pag-IBIG is granting a three-month moratorium on loan payments by members who lost their homes to typhoon "Yolanda." Pag-IBIG says it can't write off debts of Yolanda survivors because its loan portfolio in the region is sizeable, with 68,000 housing loan accounts in Tacloban alone. Pag-IBIG has also allocated P5 billion of calamity fund for its members there. ANC Dateline Philippines, November 20, 2013
