TACLOBAN CITY - Police and soldiers are now making the rounds in Tacloban City days after the onslaught of super typhoon "Yolanda." Aside from improved police and military visibility, communication lines are also starting to get better in the city. ABS-CBN Correspondent Atom Araullo said there is still a shortage of food and clean drinking water even as relief goods are slowly coming in. He also said looting continues in downtown Tacloban. "Yesterday, people are very desperate going to different structures trying to find some food, some water," he said. He said that in some areas, the stench of dead bodies is overwhelming.
