MANILA - Four people were killed in a fire in Santa Cruz, Manila Monday morning. A report by DZMM correspondent Robert Maño said the fire hit a residential building on Fernandez Street at 4:44 am The Bureau of Fire Protection said the fire was put out by 7 a.m. The BFP said the fire caused P3 million in damages.
