Stiffer penalties vs terrorists sought after Mindanao blasts

Volunteers Against Crime and Corruption (VACC) founding chairman Dante Jimenez on Wednesday urged lawmakers to impose stiffer penalties on people who commit terrorist acts, following the bombings in Cagayan de Oro and Cotabato.
