PH optimistic ties with Taiwan to return to normal

MANILA -- Malacañang is optimistic Manila's relations with Taiwan will soon return to normal after Taiwan lifted sanctions it imposed against the Philippines over the fatal shooting of a fisherman near Batanes last May.
