Information and Broadcasting Minister Prakash Javadekar and Congress Spokesperson Randeep Singh Surjewala sparred over a petition filed by Pakistan at the United Nations on Wednesday, 28 August,in which its minister had quoted a statement made by Congress leader Rahul Gandhi.
