브라질, 아마존 산불 확산에도 "프랑스, 자기 집이나 챙겨라" 지원거절
Brazil rejected on Monday a 20-million U.S. dollars emergency aid to help battle the wildfires in the Amazon rainforest from the G7 nations,...slamming the gesture as "colonialist."
According to AFP news agency,...a top official mocked French President Emmanuel Macron, saying (quote) "Macron cannot avoid a foreseeable fire in a church that is a world heritage site", referring to a fire that broke out in the iconic Notre Dame de Paris cathedral in April.
The official added that the French president should take care of "his home and his colonies."
