Kodak Black Pleads Guilty
to Federal Charges.
According to a recent report by the
Associated Press, Kodak Black has changed
his plea to guilty in a Miami federal court. .
TMZ reports that the change is due to a
plea agreement that offers a lighter sentencing
in exchange for Kodak’s cooperation.
Kodak was arrested back in May for falsifying
information during the purchase of three firearms.
The form required him to indicate whether
he had ever been charged with a felony,
to which he wrongly checked no. .
Kodak has remained in a federal detention
center since his initial not guilty plea.
as his request for bond was
denied by the judge, who ruled him
to be a danger to the community. .
Authorities say that Kodak could
face up to 10 years in prison, with his
sentencing date set for November 13.
He could also face additional time,
as he is currently facing drug, weapons
and sexual assault charges in other states.
