Kerala Youth Cong Activists Block State Minister’s Car

Youth Congress activists in Thiruvananthapuram sitting on a a hunger strike blocked state minister K Raju’s car on Saturday. They wanted to discuss the the hike in tuition fees by self-financing medical colleges in the state.
