송강호, 스위스 로카르노 영화제 '엑설런스 어워드' 수상... 아시아 배우 최초 영예
Song Kang-ho... bagged the Excellence Award at the Locarno International Film Festival in Switzerland... becoming the first Asian to earn the honor.
The South Korean actor thanked director Bong Joon-ho, who's worked with him in a number of projects, including the recent Cannes-winning movie "Parasite."
The Excellence Award is given to actors recognized for their contribution to the international film industry.
Past recipients include Hollywood icons Susan Sarandon and Willem Dafoe.
