Saudi Aramco still keen to invest in the JV between IOC, HPCL & the co, says BPCL

N Vijaygopal, Director of Finance, BPCL said, Saudi Aramco was still keen to invest in the joint venture between IOC, HPCL and BPCL but they were still in the early stages of that investment.
