Research shows drinking more than three cups of coffee a day can be detrimental for those of you who suffer from migraines.
Studies conducted by researchers at America's Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center show over three cups of caffeinated drinks a day may trigger a migraine, but one or two cups are generally OK.
Researchers say 227 grams of coffee, 170 grams of tea or 57 grams of energy drink should be considered as one caffeinated drink.
The study was published in the American Journal of Medicine.
