NS empty hoppers west with a Catfish and an ex-Southern SD60 for power. According to my dad, the rule back in the day was that the company could not move coal on Sunday, not sure if that's still true, but judging from the fact that this was the only train that day with coal hoppers and they were empty, I would say that the rule is still in effect.
