A rare trilateral meeting between the top diplomats of South Korea, China and Japan will reportedly take place in Beijing this month.
According to Japan's public broadcaster NHK,... Seoul's foreign minister Kang Kyung-hwa, Wang Yi of China and Taro Kono of Japan will meet on August 21st.
It says the main agenda will be Japan's export controls on Seoul and North Korea's missile launches.
It'll be their first trilateral meeting since August 2016.
NHK reports separate bilateral talks between the three countries are also scheduled.
If Kang and Kono do meet, it'll be their second meeting this month,... following talks on the sidelines of an ASEAN forum in Thailand.
