Flights, ferries cancelled in Busan as Typhoon Francisco moves north

A typhoon advisory is in place for the southern city of Busan as Typhoon Francisco lands in the country's second largest city.
According to the regional weather agency, Busan has seen up to 114 millimeters of rain so far with maximum wind speeds of 23 meters per second.
The weather agency says the region will receive more precipitation until Wednesday.
Some damage have been reported to the regional disaster control center with roads and bridges shut down.
At least 94 flights were cancelled at Gimhae International Airport as of Tuesday evening, while ferry routes to and from Japan were also halted.
Authorities forecast the typhoon to gradually run out of steam by early Wednesday morning... as it heads out northbound and into the East Sea.
