Flash floods in northern China's Baihe county caused several houses to collapse.
In the video, captured on August 3, two houses buckled under the pressure of the deep floodwater.
A car was washed away by the rapid water and a utility pole fell down into the water causing it to let off sparks.
One person died, one injured and three were missing, reports said.
