Mekelburg's in Brooklyn has created a whole line of babka-inspired treats based off their famous chocolate babka. They slice and ball it up into deep-fried donuts, they put it atop vanilla soft serve to create a sundae, and they cover it with milk and cream to make a babka bread pudding.
