Greatest gym ever!!! What the lack in size they make up in heart. I grew up around martial arts but I left the sport in my early 20s. After making a New Years resolution to get back into it I did some research (reading reviews lol) I saw some great comments on Brazilian vale tudo’s Page. I decided to check it out. From the moment I walked in there they made me feel welcomed. Everyone took time to introduce themselves to me. There were mixed belts at the gym that assisted in teaching proper technique. Coach Lucas and coach Salomé really go out of their way to welcome you into their world.
