16 Marines Arrested At Camp Pendleton

Sixteen 1st Marine Division Marines were arrested Thursday at Camp Pendleton in California.
According to Business Insider, the arrests took place during a battalion formation.
The arrests were in relation to alleged involvement in crimes ranging from human smuggling to drug-related offenses.
Two other Marines from the same unit had been arrested previously, and gave up information.
They were accused of attempting to smuggle undocumented immigrants into the US for financial gain.
