5 minutes from Makati to Manila is now possible.
Newly opened part of the Skyway Stage 3 from Buendia to Plaza Dilao is now open for public. According to DPWH Sec. Mark Villar, the partial opening of the Skyway will only take motorists 5 minutes from Makati to Manila.
