Members of the Green Valley-Sahuarita Samaritans patrol the Southern Arizona border in search of migrants traversing the brutal Sonoran Desert on July 14, 2019. The group drives a rescue vehicle full of food, water and medical supplies to assist migrants in the desert and they check up on, and top off water stations that are often vandalized.
