Ingredients:
For Marination
500 gms Boneless Chicken
1/2 cup Curd
2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
Salt
1 tsp Chilli Flakes
1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
Coriander Seed Powder
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Cumin Seed Powder
1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
1 tsp Chilli Sauce
1 Lemon Juice
2 tbsp Cornflour
2 tbsp Rice Flour
Coriander Leaves (chopped)
Oil
For Tempering
1 1/2 Mustard Seeds
Curry Leaves (chopped)
2 tbsp Garlic (chopped)
Red Chillies
3-4 Green Chillies (chopped)
Schezwan Sauce
Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
Coriander Leaves (chopped)
Method: Let's start with having the Boneless chicken in the bowl in which add Curd, Ginger Garlic Paste, Salt (as per the taste), Chilli Flakes, Black Pepper Powder, Coriander Seed Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Cumin Seed Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Chilli Sauce, Lemon Juice, Cornflour, Rice Flour, Coriander Leaves (chopped).
Next, mix it all together properly and let it marinate for 2 Hours. After 2 hours fry the Chicken in the hot Oil for 5 Minutes.
Next, let's make the Tempering for which heat up the Oil in the Pan and add Mustard Seeds, Curry Leaves (chopped), Garlic (chopped), Red Chillies, Green Chillies (chopped) saute all this on low flame then add Schezwan Sauce, Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Coriander Leaves (chopped) mix it all together then add the Fried Chicken and mix it again properly. Switch Off the gas and your Chicken 65 is ready to be served.
