1 BAY LEAF
SOME CASHEW NUT
FRY FOR A WHILE
½ TSP GARLIC PASTE
½ TSP GINGER PASTE
SALT AS PER TASTE
PUT THE RICE
FRY FOR 3-5 MIN.
PUT 1.5 CUP WATER
COVER
COOK UNTIL WATER DRIED OUT
PUT SOME GREEN PEA
1 TSP GHEE
TURN OFF THE HEAT & COVER
KEEP IT FOR 10 MIN.
