During an anti-government protest a disabled man is dragged out of his wheelchair and violently arrested on June 29 in Lillie, France.

As the protester peacefully marches the streets with several others, French police grab him by the hair and pull him out of his wheelchair onto the ground. Once on the ground, police continue to violently arrest the man.

The march takes place to protest against what some believe to be a corrupt government. Protesters were fighting for tax deductions, loss of pensions, lack of concern in environmental issues, and other controversial topics.

Charlène Hugot, a protester voiced her concerns during the protest.

"Pensions are so well valued that a person who has devoted himself and souls to his job, can not even afford a baguette at the end of the month and has to dig through trash for food," says Hugot.
