UMNO has sold its 11.09% stake in Media Prima to tycoon Tan Sri Syed Mokhtar Al-Bukhary, making him the third largest shareholder in the media group. Meanwhile, YTL Communications accuses the Ministry of Education of breaching contractual obligations.
