How to Convert a Powerpoint Presentation to a PDF File?
Method 1:
Step 1: Open your Powerpoint presentation, and then click on 'File' in menu.
Step 2: Click on 'Export,' and then click on 'Create PDf/XPS.'
Step 3: Give the name to your PDF file, and then select the destination where you want to save this pdf.
Step 4: Select the options of your choice, and then click on 'publish' button.
Method 2:
Step 1: Open your Powerpoint presentation, and then click on 'File' in menu.
Step 2: Click on 'Save as,' and then click on 'Browse.'
Step 3: Click on 'save as type' box, and then select PDF.
Step 4: Give the name to your PDF file, and then select the destination where you want to save the pdf file.
Step 5: Select the options of your choice, and then click on 'save' button.
