Bhubaneswar, located around 70 km from the place of the landfall, experienced heavy rainfall and wind under the impact of the severe cylonic storm Fani. All flights to and from Bhubaneswar have been cancelled from midnight in view of the impending severe cyclonic storm 'Fani'.
