Validating Raghav Chadha's Claim "Is Modi obsessed with Kejriwal?"

I was amused when AAP Spokesperson Raghav Chadha said that Modi is obsessed with Kejriwal because most people in India think the exact opposite. I thought of validating Mr. Chadha's claim with a simple Twitter Control-Find Exercise.
