Dreadlocked, buck-toothed, cross-eyed Scamp the Tramp was declared the world's ugliest dog at a contest in Petaluma, California. The nearly-three-decade old competition is open all breeds and sizes with the aim of showing that all animals can be loved. The title of the world's ugliest dog comes together with a prize of 1,500 dollars (1,320 euros) and a trip to New York City complete with media appearances scheduled for Scamp and his owner.
