At least 18 people were killed when a seven-story building collapsed Saturday, June 22, 2019, in Sihanoukville, a coastal city in southwestern Cambodia. The Chinese-owned building was under construction and about 80 per cent complete at the time of its collapse. Four people have been arrested in connection with the incident.
