Ingredients:
2 tbsp Ghee
1/2 tsp Asafoetida
1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
Curry Leaves
4 Green Chillies (slit)
5 Garlic Cloves (crushed)
1 cup Split Pigeon Peas (cooked)
1 cup Water
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Goda Masala
Salt
2-3 Kokum
1/2 tsp Jaggery
Chapati Dough
Oil
Coriander Leaves

Method: Let's start with adding Ghee in the Heated Vessel then add Asafoetida, Mustard Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Curry Leaves, Green Chillies (slit), Garlic Cloves (crushed). Next saute the mixture till the Garlic turned golden on medium Flame, then add Split Pigeon Peas (cooked), Water, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Goda Masala. Mix it properly and then boil it then add Kokum, Jaggery now let it cook for 2-3 minutes. After 3 minutes switch off the flame. Next, prepare the dough for Chapathi then make the shape of small square pieces (as shown in the video) using Oil. Now add the Chapati square pieces into the Dal with flame turned on and cook it for 6-7 minutes, after this transfer the Dal Chakloya into the Serving bowl then add Coriander Leaves on top and your Chakolya is ready to serve
