Ingredients:
For Filling
1/2 cup Hung Curd
1 cup Paneer (grated)
1 tbsp French Beans
1 tbsp Capsicum (chopped)
1 tbsp Carrot (chopped)
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tbsp Ginger & Green Chilli (crushed)
Salt
5-6 Bread
Water
Oil
Method: Lets start with making the Filling for which take Hung Curd in the bowl with Paneer (grated), French Beans, Capsicum (chopped), Carrot (chopped), Cumin Seeds, Ginger & Green Chilli (crushed). Next mix it together properly then add Salt and mix it again. Now take Bread and take the hard part of the bread removed by cutting them. Next take Water, dip the bread in the water. Now we'll put the filling in the bread and cover it properly from all the side (as shown in the video) and make it a cylindrical shape. Next do the same with the remaining Bread and filling. Now fry all the Bread in the Oil properly, take it out and your Dahi Paneer Roll is ready to serve.
