Healthy Paneer salad tossed with various toppings, eye-pleasing natural colors, the highly nutritious dish which is good to taste & fast to make. So even if you are new to cooking you can easily make the dish by following the simple instructions.

Paneer salad - ingredients and method

Ingredients :

paneer cubes - 1/2 cup
Capsicum /bell pepper - 1 cup
Onions - 1 small finely chopped
Tomato - 1 small
Cumin powder - 1/4 tsp
Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Fresh lime juice - 1 and 1/2 tbsp
Mint leaves - 1 and 1/2 chopped
Oil - 2 tsp
Salt / Himalayan black salt - as per taste
Herbs - 1 tsp

Method :

Cut the Paneer into small cubes. Chop the capsicum /bell pepper, onion, tomato into thin slices. Heat oil in a pan, add the paneer cubes and stir fry them on a high heat till they turn slightly golden brown in color. Remove the paneer cubes in a bowl and in the same pan, add the capsicum /bell pepper, fry till they are cooked but still crunchy. Now add finely chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilies and fry on high heat for a couple of seconds, remove from flame and add these vegetables to the paneer cubes. Add cumin powder, black pepper powder, salt, chopped mint leaves and herbs, add lemon juice and mix well.
Paneer salad is ready to be served.
