Ingredients :

Methi (Fenugreek) paratha recipe
Ingredients: (12 parathas)
Whole wheat flour - 1, 1/2 bowl
All-purpose flour -1/2 bowl
Gram flour - 1/2 bowl
Fenugreek leaves - 1, 1/2 bowl
Curd - 3 tbsp
ginger - 1 inch
garlic - 5-6 cloves
green chilies - 4-5 ( as per taste )
coriander powder - 1tbsp
chilli powder - 1, 1/2 tsp
cumin powder - 1, 1/2 tsp
salt - 1, 1/2 tsp ( as per taste )
oil - 2 tsp
water - to make the dough
ghee for parathas as per tastes


Method:
whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, methi(fenugreek), curd, ginger and garlic paste, finely chopped chilies, coriander powder, chili powder, cumin powder, salt, mix all the ingredients nicely. Then add oil and water and make the dough and cover it with a wet cloth for 15min. after 15 min, start making paratha roast it until crispy, golden brown with ghee. Serve it with curd or pickles and enjoy your delicious methi parathas.
