President Moon Jae-in has picked Kim Chang-su to be the new secretary for unification policy.
Kim is South Korea's deputy chief of the joint inter-Korean liaison office, and a former secretariat of the presidential offices' National Security Council and the Korean Council for Reconciliation and Cooperation.
