Fugitive businessman Low Taek Jho, better known as Jho Low, is expected to be detained soon, Inspector-General of Police Abdul Hamid Bador said on Thursday.
He said this after a high-profile policing programme at the Taman Tun Dr Ismail Ramadan bazaar.
