Director Quentin Tarantino appears in person at the Palm Dog awards on the side lines of the Cannes film festival to accept the top prize for canine 'Brandy' appearing in his in-competition film "Once Upon a Time... in Hollywood." "I have no idea if we'll get the Palme d'Or," says the director, "but I do feel that I was in a good standing to in the Palm Dog."
