Sister Patricia Fox arrived in Melbourne airport on Sunday, after being deported from the Philippines. Speaking inside the airport's terminal, Sister Patricia Anne Fox said the human rights abuses in the Philippines are increasing, "it's a reign of terror and tyranny."
