Ingredients:
1 Watermelon (medium size)
For Dressing
1 Lemon Juice
Salt
Black Pepper
3 tbsp Olive Oil
Mint Leaves (chopped)
Walnuts (toasted & chopped)
Feta Cheese Cubes
Method: Let's start with cutting Watermelon (medium size) into thick slices. Next take of the skin of each ring (as shown in the video) then cut them into big chunks, do the same with rest of the slices. Next prepare the dressing for the salad for which add Lemon Juice in the bowl with Salt, Black Pepper, Olive Oil mix it together.
Next, put all the Chunk of Watermelon into a big bowl then drizzle the dressing on top, next add Mint Leaves (chopped), Walnuts (toasted & chopped), Feta Cheese Cubes, toss it properly using the wooden spoon and your Summer special Watermelon & Feta Salad is ready to serve.
