트럼프, 25일 밤 日도착…美관리 "매우 흥미로운 발표할 것"
President Trump could be making an interesting announcement about bilateral ties when he visits Tokyo from the 25th to the 28th.
According to Yonhap News, a U.S. official told reporters, that announcement will be made during the American leader's joint press conference with Prime Minister Shinzo Abe.
The trip will not be focused on trade,... but on celebrating Washington's relationship with Tokyo as Japan enters a new era under a new emperor.
After arriving in Japan on Saturday night, Trump is scheduled to hold an unofficial meeting with the PM the following day.
On Monday, the commander in chief will meet Emperor Naruhito, who took the throne earlier this month.
